Monreale, Palermo  e Mondello

The Tour of the Sicilian capital will begin with a visit to the historic center and the Cathedral of Monreale, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Nuova, in Arab-Norman style, famous for the Byzantine mosaics that enrich its interiors.
Subsequently we will move to the heart of the historic center of Palermo where you can begin your walk passing by Porta Nuova, the Palazzo dei Normanni, Villa Bonanno, the wonderful Cathedral, the "Quattro Canti", the Fontana Pretoria, Teatro Massimo, Teatro Politeama, the Garden Inglese, Piazza San Domenico, the "Vucciria" market, Piazza Giulio Cesare, the Botanical Garden and the Castello a Mare.
In the afternoon we will move to the seaside town of Mondello for a relaxing walk by the sea.

This tour can be combined with other routes such as the excursion to Isola delle Femmine and Sferracavallo where it will be possible to have a sumptuous fish-based lunch.
